The hotel had a great location near Midway Airport and the shuttle service was efficient. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were very accommodating and helpful. However, the rooms were dated and had some maintenance issues, which detracted from the overall experience. I felt the price was a bit high given the condition of the facilities, particularly the breakfast area and the dining options.
